I finally got round to posting this status update. I changed the domain name to reflect my new screen name, & I painstakingly added metadata to customise the Twitter embed that links to the website. Considering the direction this website's taken recently this may have all been for naught.

I have finally gotten around to uploading the vast majority of the missing videos in my Video Portfolio page. Logan On... Photography & instant_noodles.mp4 are still missing, as even after converted to WebM files they are too big for Neocities to accept, but the others are now there (including the ones that had been hosted on the RBES website back when it existed). I also went ahead & replaced the old "Logan's Webpage" GIF with a suitably-sized WebP replacement.

I deleted my Twitter account & thus removed the link from the main page. Considering how much of an overlap there is between the regular links & the contact page, I decided to move the email & Discord links to the main page & delete the Contact page. The pruning & optimisation of my online presence continues!

I deleted both my Facebook page & my Instagram account, & unlaunched my Patreon page due to inactivity on all fronts, so I removed the links from the Links page. Seeing how little links I had left, I then decided to move the links to the main page & remove the Links page entirely. I've also been optimising the website by replacing the oversized PNG I was using to make the background picture with an appropriately-sized WebP equivalent, & replaced some of my MP4 videos with WebMs in cases where it would reduce file size.

Welcome to the new address of my website! (I removed the hyphen) BB & I came to an agreement to delete the RBES website due to a lack of use, & due to Neocites not letting me change the main website, I had to change the RBES web address to my old website's address (minus the hyphen), turn it into a carbon copy of my personal website, & then delete said personal website! Neocities, please add a "transfer main website" ability. Anyways, you may have noticed I used this opportunity to clean up the website a little. I removed the Websites & Artwork sections of my website; the Artwork section was removed due to a lack of importance of it, & the Websites section was removed due to this now being my only remaining website.I will also be deleting my Instagram account this Sunday, so that will soon be gone.

In a continuation of my social media declutter, I have deleted my Soundcloud account, because I never fucking used it. Thus, the link has been removed from the Links page. In more minor website news, I changed the Link page links' colours to more accurately reflect on the colour schemes of the websites they link to, as well as uncapitalising the letter 'v' in the website version numbers in the titles of these developer notes.

I have done a bit of a social media declutter, unfollowing a bunch of folks I've stopped watching & leaving a few Discord servers. I've also decided to delete my Dailymotion & Twitch accounts; the Dailymotion account having been superseded as the backup archive by the Internet Archive account & me just generally not using Twitch anymore, either for streaming or for watching. Whenever I watch a stream nowadays it's on YouTube, & that's probably where I'll stream in the future if I ever do it again. Thus, I have removed the links (& also added the Internet Archive one, as I appear to have forgotten to add that one) & removed the now-useless RBTV section of the website.

I've started actually Tweeting with my Twitter account (unthinkable, right?), so I added the link to the Links page (it was previously only in the Contact page). I also updated the Discord Server's link, as I didn't realise before that the link wasn't set to permanent.

An Announcement Concerning Subtitles & Documentaries

Hello, again! I've decided to quit the procrastination & finally start working on the subtitles for my videos! I'm gonna stick with SubRip for now, but I'll probably upgrade to WebVTT in the future (except for Facebook, which only accepts SubRip, & Instagram which doesn't accept any). I've successfully used it to add a running commentary of sorts to Stop Motion Project #1, as it is a very short video with no dialogue. I'll be working to bring some actually useful subtitles in the future, however.
Also, you may have noticed a lack of videos for a while. This is because of a mixture of procrastination & working on scriptwriting for The Internet Abyss. You can be sure that I'll have something out by the end of the year at the latest! The first episode of TIA will be about YTMND, & I've been doing a wide variety of research that includes me making an account on the site myself!
Anyways, I hope that you'll enjoy my projects once they're out, & I apologise for the radio silence!

Hi! Yes, I'm back again. You may be wondering where on earth I've been for all this time, & I'm glad to reveal that I've got some videos on the backburner, in addition to a wide variety of other projects! I've been working on several entries for a documentary series known as The Internet Abyss, where I research a variety of fascinating topics that have significantly influenced the Internet in some way or another. I'm also in the process of editing a film review podcast that I recorded with Big Bonga. The two of us are also continuing to work on our video game idea, & I myself am still working with people on a top-secret project or two! All in all, I'm pretty excited with what I'm cooking up!

Greetings, & welcome to the newest section of my website! You may have noticed I've been cleaning it up a little. I've deleted both my Newgrounds account (because I never fucking used it) & my Tumblr blog (because I'd stopped posting there & I was beginning to tire of Tumblr Humour™), so they have been removed from the Links page, while my Soundcloud link has been added. I've also added this Updates page, as well as including an audio section on my Portfolio. I've been working on a few projects lately, so my attention has been turned away from my website for a bit.

Edit (01:05 - 10/04/2022): I forgot to mention that I've also added a link to my Twitter account on the Contact page. I don't Tweet (I use the account to freely browse without Twitter stopping me in my tracks, but I'd be fine with people DM-ing me there).
Edit (01:25 - 10/04/2022):I also edited some of the page titles (the ones you see on the tab), as they were a tad inaccurate sometimes.
